Opinion:

“The mainlanders come and buy stuff just like everyone else. Japanese, American, English - they all come to shop, so why discriminate?” 

 

“I don't think you can resolve the issue. China is communist while Hong Kong edges towards Democracy. The ideologies are different and it seeps down into the general public, manifesting in these incidents of conflict.” 

 

“I think western educated students must come back to help China.”
